Draft — owner/legal review required before production launch.
Member Terms
1. Voluntary membership
You may create only the membership tied to the SteamID64 you prove through Steam OpenID. Do not impersonate another person, share or automate a member session, interfere with authentication, or attempt to add an account that has not opted in. Signing in is not publication; accepting current documents and completing profile enrichment is.
2. The Dogshit Players theme
The name and irreverent gaming theme are intended as consensual community humor among members. They are not permission for threats, targeted harassment, discrimination, doxxing, deception, or efforts to harm another person. Do not join or rate if you do not want to participate in that context.
3. Member profile
Your profile uses your verified SteamID64 and selected public Steam metadata. SteamID64 is immutable; display and vanity names are mutable aliases. You may refresh only your own profile. You are responsible for keeping your public Steam information appropriate and for deactivating if you no longer want public participation.
4. Ratings
Only Active members may rate other Active members. Ratings are category-bound numeric values with the displayed direction and labels; there are no public comments. Self-rating, collusion, brigading, evasion, automation, manipulation, or rating an account you cannot reasonably assess is prohibited. Repeat submission updates the current category rating.
5. Free and Premium
Free membership includes the complete capabilities described in the interface. Premium currently has the same capabilities plus a reserved server-side extension point; no payment, purchase, renewal, or promised Premium benefit exists in this release. Administrators may assign a tier for testing or operations, with an audit record.
6. Moderation
Authorized administrators may invalidate or restore ratings, suspend a profile, assign a membership tier, and complete a member-requested deletion. They cannot create an Active member or bypass ownership verification and consent. Lifting a suspension does not activate the profile: the member must sign in again, accept current versions, and successfully refresh metadata.
7. Availability and external data
The service and Steam data are provided as-is and may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or changed. The owner may make proportionate security and maintenance changes, but this draft makes no service-level or error-free guarantee. Never rely on a rating for employment, credit, housing, safety, or another high-impact decision.
8. Ending membership and terms changes
You may deactivate or request deletion as described in the dedicated notice. The owner may suspend abusive or unsafe use. New configured document versions require fresh explicit acceptance before public and rating eligibility resumes. The owner must publish an effective date and contact/appeal route before launch.
